Clear and sharp communication

NTS building

A close collaboration

The relationship between NTS-Group and Factor Tachtig goes years back, and very modestly at that! It all started in 2019, with a humble flyer, but through the years this blossomed into a collaboration on strategic level! Our close collaboration was even the subject of an article in Link Magazine (Dutch)!

A clear message

The high-tech company NTS develops, makes and assembles complex (opto-)mechatronic systems and mechanical modules. These help accelerate the innovation of their customers. NTS focusses on big high-tech OEMs, who are working within the fields of semiconductors, life sciences & analytical and digital printing. The company has over 75 years of experience. The brand profiles includes loyalty to their customers, and a pride and passion for technology. NTS aspires to an even sharper communication. And that is something we are more than happy to help them with.

The way of working, explained

How will we help them? We take a deep dive into the (complex) subject matter and study hard. But, more importantly, we communicate with NTS. By working (almost) every day with NTS we know what they want and need. What are their challenges? What is their core message? Only then, we get to work: we shorten long messages and we are critical when compiling. Does this part really add anything to the message? We advise, evaluate and adjust. This way, we deliver the best results.

“What I like about our cooperation is that you don’t just do the usual ‘You ask, we deliver’, but think along with us and adjust when necessary.”

Dorothy Baijens

And this ‘think-along-and-adjust’ way of working has reaped its rewards. By building a solid foundation, and working from here, the communication of the NTS brand is clear, sharp and effective. By coordinating videos, articles, the website, internal communications, corporate identity and design, we contribute to the NTS brand.

A multi-purpose exhibition stand

An example of our work for NTS is the business stand we were asked to design. Step one? A workshop, in which our brand experts along with the marketing and sales professionals of NTS pondered the question: how do we appeal to the visitors of the exhibition? It is important that the design appeals to every visitor, the engineer as well as the corporate buyers. We take this into consideration when designing: modules at the aisles that stand out, a pegwall with components to view, a drafting table so the first ideas could be sketched out. In other words: a multi-purpose exhibition stand that catches the eyes of every visitor.

A brand-new website

A strong brand deserves a strong website. When a website is out of date, you have two options. Optimize the website? Or do you start over from scratch. Not only was the NTS website in need of reinvigoration, we were given the challenge to house various key sites within one big corporate website. In four(!) languages, for which we wrote the English texts. It was obvious: we had to rebuild the website from the wireframe up. In this phase NTS and us critically analyzed the content and route of the website for the right customer journey and the desired user experience. Along with setting out a new structure for the website, we examined NTS’s story and vision for the website. Did it still communicate what they wanted it to say? We sharpened the message and with our excellent design, delivered on a gorgeous new website.

“With the results of the first two weeks we look back at a successful launch. Our new website reached a record amount of visitors.”

Every company needs clear and sharp communication. Will you let us think of a strong message that captures the hearts of your target audience and fits your brand like a glove?
